Thai Airways International Public Company Limited announced that additional flights will be operated to Chiang Mai and Phuket, meeting passenger demand for travel during the upcoming New Year holiday.  

 

Mr. Piyasvasti Amranand , THAI President, stated that due to high travel demand during the New Year holiday, THAI will operate additional round trip flights per day on the route Bangkok-Chiang Mai v.v. and Bangkok – Phuket v.v. during 28 December 2009 – 3 January 2010 with details as follows:

THAI will operate 8 additional round trip flights on the route Bangkok-Chiang Mai v.v. at an additional 43,843 passenger seats during the New Year holiday.

 

THAI will operate an additional 6 round trip flights on the route Bangkok-Phuket v.v. at an additional 56,132 passenger seats during the New Year holiday.
